I think you wrote on my yahoo answers page, and I now come to you for help. What power 90 workout do you suggest? Power 90 In Home Boot Camp, Power 90 Master Series? any other suggestions are awesome. and thanks for answering on yahoo.

I tried sending you an email. In case it didn’t go through can you give me a little background about yourself? What’s your current fitness level? What are your short term (next 90-180 days) goals? Do you have any workout equipment at home? How much time a day can you put aside for working out?
For most people I recommend either Power 90 or P90X. Power 90 Masters is an in between program and I happen to like some of the videos as supplement workouts. However as a whole program I’m not a fan of how it’s structured and think if you can start with Masters then you might as well go with the X. Send me an email at getfitwithchad@gmail.com.

I saw your website from a comment you left at yahoo… I am 5.1 and overweight now, I put 35 pounds the lest 2 years and a half and I can’t get them to go away…. I love to cook and eat so that does not help at all. I am looking for a good workout that will help me lose my eight a little fast I am planing in having kids soon and I need to lose weight before because of back problems. Just wondering if you could give me some advice. I try to run and do some work out during the week at least 2x a week.

I came across your website by “googling” a little bit about Beachbody. I’ve actually been a member of the program before but quickly gave up and stuck to my own routine once I realized that the coach I was provided wasn’t exactly all I had hoped for. We barely had any contact and I slowly became uninterested and I felt abandoned. I’m ready to give it a second chance though! I read your page about finding the right coach. I’d like a coach that hold me accountable! I have self motivation but it isn’t always the best. Currently, I’m pregnant with twins so while staying active, I’m not participating in any of the Beachbody products. But I am due the 1st week of July and would love to make P90X, Shakeology, and maybe some other supplements part of my daily “routine”. I’m also Active Duty military so my job depends on my fitness. If you have any advice for me, I’d be more than greatful. I plan on one day becoming a coach but for now, I’m starting early on finding the right coach for myself (:
Alicia – Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’ll send you an email later this week and maybe we can even chat for a moment. I’ve recently began running Challenge Groups (via Facebook) for my team and it’s proving to be beneficial for them. Challenge Groups are a great way for myself and those on the team participating, to keep each other accountable, motivated and push each other to meet whatever everyone’s individual goals are. Our current group is running through Memorial Day, and if I read your post correctly, you wouldn’t really begin doing P90X until you delivery in July, correct?
