What is Shakeology?

Shakeology is a protein nutritional drink and drinking it is an effective way to help you lose weight, increase your energy and just makes you feel incredibly healthy.  It also helps reduce cravings and promotes healthy digestion and regularity.  The stuff tastes really good.  There are two flavor, chocolate and greenberry and to my surprise I think I actually like the greenberry flavor better, but no worries they offer either full bags or a variety sample packets so you can try both and see for yourself.

I’ll be honest, when shakeology was first introduced to the market I did not get it because I did not need to lose any weight. I used a couple workout video program developed by Beachbody and through consistent exercise and making healthy food choices I lost 25 pounds tin 90 days and went from a flabby gut to a six pack.  I also could not justify the expense of another supplement, knowing that I did not have any weight to lose.  Well as a few months went by I started hearing all crazy stories about this shake.  People were full of energy and no longer feeling less sluggish.  For that reason alone I tell everyone I know who is looking for some edge to loosing weight and feeling great and having the energy levels they did as a kid to try this stuff.  Worst comes to worse you finish the entire bag and return it before you even have to pay your next credit card statement.
