Hey Chad, I have just started Insanity and was wondering a few things that hopefully you can help me out with:
1) After the fitness test I was really sore and held off for about two days and today I started the Cardio Circuit like the Calendar has (basically saying this is the official start of the program) I do feel a lot of strain in my legs but don’t want to quit.. If I am sore is it okay to start the next exercise or should I give my body time to rest before continuing??

I’d say most people starting a new exercise program who are not coming off of recent training will feel sore. This happened to me, the first time I did P90X. After the first workout, I was in so much pain that the next day I ordered Power 90, so basically I had a week off as I waited for the new program to ship.
My advice is to take it easy the first week of your new workout. Don’t push yourself hard at all and hopefully that will reduce the amount of soreness you have the next day. Push through it if possible. If you’re so sore already then there’s nothing you can do. Try to make it through the next days of workouts if possible.
